▪ Return Policy

Please be advised that we operate a no returns policy due to the customized nature of our artworks. If you have received a defective or incorrect item we will replace it as fast as possible. Note that all customers are sent an artwork proof prior to shipping and we allow edits before any order is finalized. This ensures 100% satisfaction with your artwork!

▪ Cancellations: Before Artwork Received

Order cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours after placing your order. Our artists will likely have started working on your order by the 24 hour mark, and therefore we are unable to cancel.

In some rare cases, we can cancel and refund an order beyond the 24 hour window (e.g. when artists have not yet started creating your artwork). Please contact us to inquire.

Note that any order that has been sent to print cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

▪ Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a defective or incorrect item we promise to replace it as fast as possible. Please report the issue to us via email and provide photo evidence. We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect, defective, damaged or misprinted artwork.
